San Marcos, Veracruz – July 2025
As part of our commitment to elevating the standards of Mexican specialty coffee, Casa Tostadora Briones held a training session with coffee growers in the region of San Marcos, Veracruz — strengthening production practices directly at the source.

In collaboration with Ayuda Productores Veracruzanos, we organized a strategic technical meeting aimed at improving processes, sharing knowledge, and promoting sustainable coffee development in this key region of Mexico.

Quality Control Workshop: A Key Step in Coffee Production

The session featured the workshop “Quality Control in Coffee Production”, led by Engineer Ignacio Antonio Galindo, an expert in agricultural and post-harvest processes. This workshop provided practical tools for growers to improve their cultivation methods, increase yields, and ensure coffee that meets high quality standards.

Producers learned to identify critical control points during post-harvest and apply techniques to enhance cup quality — starting right at the farm level. We believe technical training is essential for positioning Mexico in global specialty coffee markets.

Mexico Has Always Been Ready to Export Quality

For decades, many coffee-growing regions across Mexico were left behind — with no access to training, no technical guidance, and limited global visibility.
Today, that reality is changing.

Mexico has always been ready to export top-quality coffee.
What’s different now is that we’re doing it with knowledge, science, education, and strategy.

Representing Mexico with Pride: From the Farms to the World

At Casa Tostadora Briones, we are convinced that the transformation of the coffee industry begins with the empowerment of its producers. Our mission is clear: to lead this change and represent Mexico with pride in every international market where specialty coffee is appreciated.

To every coffee grower joining this movement: we will continue growing together — in quality, knowledge, and opportunity.

Our Commitment: Production, Education, and Quality

The rise of Mexican coffee is no coincidence. It’s the result of strong alliances, long-term vision, and unwavering commitment to producers at origin.
Promoting production, investing in education, and improving the quality of Mexican coffee is not just our mission — it’s our daily responsibility.
