As part of our mission to position Mexican and Veracruz-origin coffee on the international stage, our CEO, José Manuel Hernández García, recently held key virtual meetings with the Secretariat of Economic and Port Development of the State of Veracruz, as well as with Veracruz Tourism, seeking to build strong partnerships that support the expansion of specialty coffee into the Middle East.
These conversations focused on strategies to ensure Veracruz—birthplace of Mexican coffee—has a strong presence at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and events. The institutions also pledged their support in critical areas such as safety, civil protection, and logistics, essential for the success of our national activities and international outreach.
A United National Front to Promote Mexican Coffee
In addition, CTB participated in a strategic meeting with Mexico’s Federal Tourism Secretariat (SECTUR) to explore a collaborative alliance among the coffee-producing states of Oaxaca, Chiapas, Puebla, and Veracruz, with a shared vision for World of Coffee Dubai 2026.
The goal is ambitious and inspiring: to showcase the rich coffee-growing heritage of Mexico to the world through Casa Tostadora Briones, while simultaneously boosting tourism and cultural awareness in the regions where our coffee is born.
Coffee That Crosses Borders, Rooted in Tradition
At Casa Tostadora Briones, we believe in a model of growth that connects producers directly to global markets—taking the name of Mexico further, one cup at a time. These high-level meetings reflect the strong institutional support and growing trust in our mission to promote fair trade, transparency, and visibility for Mexican coffee farmers.
We remain committed to ensuring that Mexican coffee earns the global recognition it deserves, not only for its flavor but for the deep cultural story behind every bean.
