Casa Tostadora Briones continues to build strong connections with coffee-producing families in Mexico. On this occasion, our team met with the Álvarez family, recognized in the region for more than four decades of experience in coffee cultivation.

During the meeting, the family shared their remarkable journey in the coffee sector, highlighting the challenges they have faced with pests, the processes they have developed over time, and the way they have evolved while preserving the essence of origin.

This encounter represents another step in our mission: to connect directly with coffee growers, listen to their stories, and work together to bring Mexican coffee to new international markets. Today, the Álvarez family joins forces with Casa Tostadora Briones on the path toward the Middle East, becoming part of the growing network of small producers united in this collective effort.

At Casa Tostadora Briones, we believe that the true value of coffee begins in the hands of those who cultivate it. For this reason, we celebrate every partnership that strengthens our vision: to showcase the very best of Mexico to the world through its coffee.

With each new coffee-growing family that joins our project, we reinforce our commitment to offering the Middle East coffee that is authentic, traceable, and rooted in history — a reflection of Mexico’s passion and dedication.

We are all Mexico. 🇲🇽☕🌍
