July 28, 2025 – Continuing its commitment to boost Mexican coffee in international markets, Casa Tostadora Briones’ CEO, José Manuel Hernández García, held an important meeting with representatives from the Secretariat of Economy and Labor of Chiapas. This time, the Chiapas Coffee Institute also joined, consolidating a united front to enhance the presence of Chiapas coffee in the Middle Eastern market.

The main objective of the meeting was to unite efforts with small and medium-sized coffee producers throughout Chiapas, with the vision of strengthening their visibility, promoting traceability, and ensuring respect for origin at every stage of the production chain. This strategic alliance reaffirms Casa Tostadora Briones’ commitment to coffee growers and the quality that distinguishes Mexican coffee.

Through this collaboration, the goal is to generate synergies that allow for comprehensive export and marketing strategies, positioning Chiapas coffee as an excellent product recognized and valued in international markets, especially in the Middle East region.
