On June 14th, 2025, the CEO of Casa Tostadora Briones, José Manuel Hernández García, met with biologist Héctor Hernández, a coffee producer based in Coacoatzintla, Veracruz, Mexico.
During the meeting, Mr. Hernández presented his agronomic plan and the progress of his farm, where he cultivates specialty coffee rated at 89.4 SCA points, an internationally recognized score of excellence. He grows outstanding varieties such as Catimor, Marsellesa, and Geisha, using environmentally responsible methods and a scientifically grounded approach.
As a result of this visit, producer Héctor Hernández has joined forces with Casa Tostadora Briones, becoming part of a growing network of coffee growers committed to quality, innovation, and the international projection of Mexican coffee.
